Welcome to A.K.D. Dharma Raja Women's College
A.K.D. Dharma Raja Women's College is a prestigious Arts and Science Institution in Southern India,
affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University. Established in 1990, the college was founded to meet
the longstanding educational aspirations of women in Rajapalayam and its surrounding areas.
It is managed by the “Sri Rao Bahadur A.K.D. Dharma Raja Educational Charity Trust, Rajapalayam,”
one of the oldest and most respected educational charitable trust in Virudhunagar District,
founded in 1932. Nestled in the tranquil greenery of the Western Ghats,
our campus is situated on Shenbagathoppu Road, Rajapalayam.
About Us
A.K.D. Dharma Raja Women’s College was established in September 1990 to meet the educational needs
of women in Rajapalayam and nearby villages. Managed by Sri Rao Bahadur A.K.D. Dharma Raja Educational
Charity Trust, one of the oldest and most respected educational charity trust in the region, the college
operates as a self-supporting institution located on Shenbagathoppu Road, at the outskirts of Rajapalayam.
