About the Department
The Department of Commerce came into existence in 1990 with an objective of generating competent professionals to meet the challenges in the field of commerce.
The department has achieved academic excellence despite being in a rural area with initially below-average inputs.
Postgraduate courses in Commerce have been offered since 2002-2003, focusing on empowering students academically and preparing them for competitive examinations and life challenges.
